2. Have A Plan

Have a step by step plan in place to make it more manageable to achieve the goal of your New Year’s resolutions. By breaking it up into smaller, bit sized steps you are mentally setting the goal post closer. It is much easier to walk a mile than to walk 10 miles, right?

Writing down your New Year’s resolutions along with the plan you created to achieve them has a powerful effect. 4. Have A Support System

You must have a couple of trusted friends or loved ones that you can rely on to keep you accountable and be a voice of reason for you. There will certainly be times that are difficult and you feel like you want to give up. Don’t. That’s when you call someone in your support system to get you through that rough patch…and it is only a rough patch. They will help you get through that moment and remind you of the bigger picture.
